wide range food options convenient shops bad cleaning missing glasses subpar room cleanliness

the location were pretty nice. the hotel had a wide range of food options, and the staff seems friendly. the shops around the resort were convenient for exploring.

the cleanliness of the rooms werent up to par. the cleaning staffs attitude was quite bad, and they even raised their voice when i asked for a cleaning while we were there. i also noticed i was missing a expensive glasses.

food corner fun show amazing animation staff shortage long wait rude staff

I appreciated the variety of options at the food corners. Shows during the whole day were really fun. Nights had amazing animations (i was impressed).

The place was clearly understaffed, having to always wait for drinks. It took at least 45 minutes for someone to notice you while on the beach. Staff seemed rude for the most part (they did not smile).

hard fish lacking flavor

the buffet restaurant was average, i found the fish to be hard and the dishes lacking flavor. service was not up to standard, either. the 16+ pool lacked service completely, requiring me to get my own drinks from the bar. the staff should be competent in mixing drinks.

I found a nice variety of dishes at the main restaurant. The hotel's private beach was very clean. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and well-equipped. I appreciated how the staff ensured our rooms were well-kept throughout our stay.

Finding a spot by the pool sometimes was like a challenge.

Wonderful stay

nightly entertainment outside pool daily cleaning

The hotel provided various foods and beverages 24 hours a day. Nightly shows offered very enjoyable entertainment. A very large outside pool featured many water activities and music. My room was cleaned daily and the mini bar was refilled.

The air conditioning in the rooms could have been better.
